Spurs starlet linked with Portsmouth move

Pompey boss Steve Cotterill is keen to bring in Rose on loan for next season.

Cotterill watched the youngster in action for the England Under-21 side against Noway on Sunday.

Rose spent last season on loan at Bristol City.
