The 24-year-old has recently been linked with moves to sides such as AC Milan and Manchester City.
Hul signed a new long-term contract with Porto in May, that will keep him at the club until the summer of 2016.
The new deal includes a massive €100million buy-out clause.
He said: “To leave Porto now? I am signed for another five years and my future is there.”
