Hamburg sporting director Frank Arnesen told the Hamburger Morgenpost: “There are only a few things still to be resolved, but I hope that in the next two or three days we will have a decision. Jonathan can now meet with Rennes.
“Jonathan came to us on a free transfer three years ago, now we will get some money for him. But we will be losing a good, talented player.”
