The 24-year-old has signed a three-year deal and joins the club on a free transfer as his contract at Nancy expired at the end of last season.
Nguemo said: “It was my priority to join Bordeaux and this is a challenge for me.
“Bordeaux are a great club and I have plenty of appreciation for them.”
