Inter Milan have agreed to pay €11.8million for 90 per cent of the player’s economical rights.
The Italian side will pay €1million for the remaining 10 per cent when the midfielder has made 80 first team appearances for the club.
Alvarez has reportedly signed a five-year contract worth €1.8million-per-year with the Italian side.
