The 20-year-old has reportedly signed a two-year contract with the Championship side.
A statement on Liverpool’s official website read: “Liverpool have completed the permanent transfer of Gerardo Bruna to Championship side Blackpool.”
Bruna joined Liverpool from Real Madrid in the summer of 2007, but failed to record a first-team appearance for the club.
