The 22-year-old has long been linked with a move to Chelsea, but his contract with Dortmund is set to expire in the summer of 2014.
Subotic told Sky Deutschland television: “I am under contract at Borussia Dortmund and I am happy to be here.
“Anyway, a dream of mine is still to play in the Premiership. One day in the future, I want to try myself out in that competition.”
