The Mirror reports that the Blues are considering making a move after the midfielder’s relationship with Real Madrid boss Jose Mourinho turned sour.
Mourinho blamed Khedira for getting himself sent off in Real’s defeat to Levante earlier this month.
The 24-year-old has made only two starts in La Liga for Real Madrid this season.
Bayern Munich and AC Milan are also reportedly keeping tabs on the Germany midfielder’s situation at the Bernabeu.
