Forlan joined the Italian side from Atletico Madrid in the summer. The striker is unable to take part in the Champions League until February.
“During my career, I’ve have a lot of satisfaction, but I miss the Champions League. I’d like to win it with Inter,” he told Corriere dello Sport.
“My forced exclusion from the Champions League list is very annoying. I spoke with [Esteban] Cambiasso; it would be nice to win it together.”
