The 24-year-old joined Juventus from Bayer Leverkusen over the summer.
“Did Milan want me in the summer? Yes, but I chose Juventus because they have won more titles in Italy and they have more ambition,” Vidal told Tuttosport.
Juventus face AC Milan in the Serie A on Sunday.
Vidal said: “Certain matches are fascinating and if we beat Milan then other teams will look at us differently.”
Vidal was also wanted by Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich over the summer.
