The Sun reports that the 33-year-old is set to leave the Spanish side for Fenerbahce in the January transfer window.
Carvalho joined Real Madrid from Chelsea in 2010 in a £6.5million deal.
The Portuguese defender’s current contract with the Spanish side is set to expire at the end of the season.
