Inter Milan axed coach Gian Piero Gasperini in September and brought in former Chelsea boss Claudio Ranieri. Ranieri has so far failed to bring Inter Milan back on track.
“It’s worrying when you find yourselves in situations like this because no one likes to look bad. And you hope to figure out how to put it all right. We simply must dig ourselves out of this,” Moratti told the club’s official website.
“Whether we are going through a difficult situation? I’d say so yes. But I firmly believe that the foundations are in place for us to do better. We do have to pick ourselves up, that’s for sure.”
