Bild reports that Augsburg are lining up three Bayern players for potential loan deals in January.
Augsburg are keen to bring in Japanese forward Takashi Usami, midfielder David Alaba and Croatia international Danijel Pranjic, who are all behind the pecking order at Bayern Munich.
“When Andreas Rettig calls [sporting director] Christian Nerlinger, it could lead to positive conversations,” Bayern president Uli Hoeness told Bild.
“However, such borrowing [of players] is always like a love triangle, as if the player says he doesn’t want to go, it quickly leads to problems.”
