Tevez has been fined £1 million by the club for allegedly refusing to play for City in a Champions League game.
“Unfortunately, between the club and Carlitos it is still unresolved and that hurts me”, said Aguero to ESPN Deportes.
“As an Argentine and a team-mate, it makes me sad.
“I can’t defend Tevez, because I’m not sure what happened. Only Tevez and coach Roberto Mancini know exactly what happened.
“It is an unfortunate situation for everyone.”
