Lopez has recently been linked with a January move to the Rossoneri. AC Milan are reportedly keen to bring in Lopez as a replacement for Antonio Cassano, who is set to undergo minor heart surgery.
“Maxi Lopez is a player who can do very well in any team and the fact that Milan like him gives us satisfaction,” Lo Monaco told Radio Kiss Kiss.
“If Milan show further interest in the player then we will not stop any deal from taking place.”
