The 37-year-old’s current contract with the Old Lady is set to expire at the end of the season.
Juventus president Andrea Agnelli admitted last month they would not offer the veteran a new contract.
“Where do I want to retire? It’s not something I would like to respond to, but I hope to play until I am 40,” Del Piero told El Pais.
“However, I do not want to think too much about this part of my career.”
