Whelan is in talks to agree a four-year contract extension with the Potters.
Huth has two years left on his current contract, but the Potters are keen for the 27-year-old to sign an extension.
Pulis said: “We always look after the players who have done well for us and we want to keep Robert and Glenn here for a long time.
“Everybody has to feel a part of what we’re trying to achieve.”
