Tevez, who is curently in Argentina without the permission from the club, has so far refused to return to training with City.
Tevez has recently been linked with the likes of AC Milan, Inter Milan, Juventus and Corinthians.
Mancini told Italian television station Rai Due: “Tevez is strong regardless of what has happened. And great players have a price that is rather high.”
