Huth has been a key player at the Britannia Stadium since joining Stoke from Middlesbrough in 2009.
Huth’s current contract with Stoke has two more years left on it and manager Tony Pulis hinted last month that the defender could be offered a new long-term contract.
Huth said in The Sentinel: “If things work out for both sides, then of course. I’m loving it.”
Huth has played in other positions than in his prefered centre-back position this season.
“I have been all over the place this season, so I’m glad to be back in the middle. I am more comfortable there,” he said.
“I got dropped a few games ago, so I am just finding my feet again.”
