Motta has been linked with a move away from Inter Milan and his current contract with the club expires at the end of next season.
“From our side there are no reasons to say farewell,” Motta’s agent Dario Canovi told calcionews24.com.
“The player is focused on the current season and doesn’t want to hear about the market.
“Inter Milan are having a difficult time, which will take maximum availability and great work to overcome.
“Talking about the market right now is bad for the team and for the player.
“I want to clarify one thing – if Thiago Motta leaves Inter it will be exclusively by the will of the club, not by ours.”
