Lambe has been without a club since leaving Championship side Ipswich Town.
“We are very happy to add a young and talented player like Reggie Lambe,” said TFC head coach Aron Winter.
“Reggie is a dangerous winger with a great amount of speed and ability. He will be an important player and will fit in well with our club.”
