The Italian side have sent scouts to watch both Taarabt and Faurlin in action in recent Premier League games.
QPR transfer advisor Gianni di Marzio said: “Napoli have twice had scouts watch the gems of QPR — Taarabt and Faurlin.”
Taarabt has long been linked with a move away from Rangers and French side Paris St Germain are also reported to be interested in the midfielder.
