The Serbian striker has long been linked with a January move away from Birmingham as the club is reportedly keen to remove his salary from their wage bill.
“My commitment is to Birmingham,” said Zigic. “If I can help them I want to help.
“It was disappointing to go out of Europe but now we must change our head and concentrate on the Championship.
“We want to be back in the Premier League next season.
“We have a very good group here. If these players can stay together, then we have a big possibility of winning promotion.
“We have two games in hand and if we win them that will be good for us.
“Every point is so important at this stage.”
