The 23-year-old is set to sign a three-year contract with Feyenoord.
Vormer’s contract with Roda is set to expire in the summer and the midfielder has turned down an offer of a new deal with the club.
Feyenoord sporting director Martin van Geel told the club’s official website: “Although he is only 23, he already has plenty of experience.
“His playing style perfectly suits Feyenoord. He is a good player and has a great attitude as well. We are very happy that he will be playing for Feyenoord next year.”
