Reports in the Italian media this week has claimed the AZ Alkmaar star was set to make a summer move to Old Trafford.
But Elm’s agent, Patrick Moerk, insists a decision is yet to be made over his client’s future.
“I don’t comment on specific rumours but suggestions he has already agreed to join a club are not correct,” Moerk told Expressen.
Elm has also been linked with the likes of Arsenal, Tottenham and a number of Italian clubs.
Elm’s current contract with AZ Alkmaar is set to expire in the summer of 2013.
Moerk added: “Rasmus does not close any doors and he listens to all offers. But he is very happy at AZ and not desperate to move to another club.”
