Le Parisien reports that PSG are set to complete the signing of the Brazilian left-back.
PSG had initially been strongly linked with a move for Palermo’s Federico Balzaretti, but have now turned their attention to Maxwell.
Maxwell has previously been linked with a move to Portuguese side Benfica.
