Breno was arrested for arson earlier this season and has been marginalised at the club.
He this week criticised the club on Twitter for their punishment to him after he went to a tattoo parlour when he was sent home ill .
“This is all very unfortunate and should not happen,” Heynckes said.
“But this is not the moment to start beating the young man.
“He must not overstretch it but he is more in need of support and help than punishment.”
