But Pearce admits his future is out of his hands.
Portsmouth are struggling with financial problems and could be forced to cash in on the 24-year-old defender.
“It is all out of my hands, all I can do is give 100 per cent for the club,” said Pearce.
“I love the club and everyone knows that. I want to stay but who knows what will happen.
“It is nice to be talked about and wanted but I have to just get on with my job. I’m a Portsmouth player and that is all that matters.”
Portsmouth boss Michael Appleton said: “If people make bids for our players we have to listen as we have a big bill to pay on February 20.
“I had one conversation with Paul Jewell two weeks ago after their initial bid for Pearce and Ward.
“It wasn’t acceptable and I have spoken to no one from Ipswich since.
“I keep hearing about second and third bids but until Ipswich tell me they are interested I will carry on working with my players.”
