Appiah was unveiled by the club on Friday.
“There is no doubt that the arrival of the experienced player Appiah is the biggest transfer in the history of the club,” a Vojvodina statement read.
The 31-year-old former Juventus midfielder had been without a club since leaving Cesena last season.
