Kutner told the News of the World: “Frank is feeling very frustrated at the moment. All he ever wanted to do was play for Chelsea and we tried to open negotiations about a new contract last season.
“But those talks have dragged on.
“We’re getting to the stage where it will have to be sorted out sooner rather than later.”
