The 27-year-old has refused to sign a contract extension with Fiorentina and can leave this summer.
“At the end of the season, it is very likely that I will leave Florence, albeit with great disappointment,” he said.
But Montolivo insists that he has not received an offer from AC Milan.
He added: “There has not been any offer from Milan, I do not know what my future holds.”
