The Manchester United loanee had a bust-up with Le Guen in training, and the French gaffer have dropped the youngster from the UEFA Cup tie against Livorno on Thursday.
Le Guen said: “I made the decision to throw him out of training and he has been left out for this game.
“I am the boss. I did my job. I did what was best for the team.
“There was no fighting going on.
“The players are all united and ready for this game.”
