The Sun reports that Cavani’s representatives were in London on Friday to hold talks over a move to Chelsea.
Cavani has scored 26 goals for Napoli this season, but the Italian side are reportedly ready to cash in on the forward this summer.
Liverpool, Manchester City, Real Madrid, Inter Milan and Bayern Munich are reportedly interested in Cavani.
