City missed the chance to close the gap at the top as they came from 3-1 down to draw.
“It will be hard to win the Premier League now, but it is possible Manchester United will drop points too, in the games that remain”, the Italian said on the club website.
“We did well to come back the way we did, but we didn’t play well for most of this game.
“I don’t know why we played like this, but in the first half especially, we were very flat.”
