The reigning champions have been left behind by PSG and Montpellier for much of the season, but have forced their way back into contention.
They take on leaders Montpellier, whom they are five points behind with two games remaining, this weekend.
“Now that we’re assured of at least third place, our appetite is growing,” Garcia told www.ligue1.fr.
“We want to do even better and we’ll give all we’ve got to clinch second place, or even jump right into the lead.
“What’s for sure is that we have what it takes to win in Montpellier.”
