The Sunday Express reports that Spurs’ incoming boss Andre Villas-Boas is keen to make an move for the Arsena winger.
Villas-Boas is a big fan of Walcott and considered making a move for the winger when he still was in charge at Chelsea.
Walcott only has a year left on his current contract with Arsenal.
