Modric has come through his physical assessment with no trouble and is now close to finalising his swith to Real Madrid from Tottenham.
A statement on Real Madrid’s official website read: “The new player of Real Madrid, Luka Modric, has passed the medical which he has undertaken at the Hospital Sanitas La Moraleja, prior to his signing for the club.
“The Croatian has passed the different tests that he has taken without any problems.”
Modric is set to sign a five-year contract with Real Madrid.
