He said: “We know there is no hiding place with England but the players are used to that.
“We live that week-in, week-out with our clubs.
“At United, there’s no ground we go to where we expect to get a draw.
“Every game we play we want to win – and expect to win.
“It’s like that with England. You can’t pull the shirt on and say we’ll draw this game.
“Our make-up is not like that in everyday life with our clubs. And it’s not going to change for England.
“Our make-up isn’t just to take a pound note and not care about playing.”
