Moutinho and Rodriguez are two of the most highly rated midfielders on the continent and Porto’s president has confirmed that they are in negotiations over a sale.
“I only got the news that there was interest on Sunday. We are negotiating,” Jorge Nuno Pinto da Costa told RTP.
