The Sweden U21 international has signed a four-year contract with Parma.
Ishak told Fotbolltransfers.com: “It feels terrific.
“I had other options, but finally I decided to go there and see what they had to tell me.
“I had a good talk with sporting director Pietro Leonardi. They have been keeping tabs on me and have got a plan for me.
“As Parma have signed me for four years, they have got confidence in me. I am realistic, I know that players like (Antonio) Cassano and Amauri will play before me.
“Therefore, I have suggested that I might join another club on loan to get playing time. I am open to that.”
