Kaka will sign a contract that will keep him at AC Milan until the summer of 2015.
Kaka is set to fly to Milano on Monday morning to undergo a medical.
The Brazilian, who has also been linked with the likes of Manchester United and Arsenal, returns to AC Milan on a free transfer.
