The Daily Mirror reports that City are looking at the Dutch-Serbian teenager who was linked with a move to Liverpool in the summer.
Groningen director Hans Nijland said in August: “All the top clubs in Holland want him but Liverpool are here every week too.
“They are watching him closely and very keen.”
