Jones has signed a one-year contract with the League One club.
The 33-year-old began his career at Middlesbrough before joining Liverpool in 2010. Jones made only 27 appearances during his five seasons at Anfield.
The Australian goalkeeper joins up with Phil Parkinson’s squad on a free transfer after leaving the Reds earlier this summer.
