L’Equipe reports that PSG scouts watched the midfielder during Spurs’ 2-1 Europa League defeat to Anderlecht last Thursday.
The 19-year-old was signed by Spurs from MK Dons in the January transfer window, but only moved to White Hart Lane this summer.
Alli has become a regular at Tottenham and has even broken into the England squad.
