Rooney told the New Paper: “For any foreign player coming over, it’s difficult to change the culture of living and learn a new language. Credit to all the foreign players, especially the Asian players who come over and try to speak the language the best they can.
“New players generally learn more on the pitch than off it. And then, they obviously pick things up from there.”
Rooney said of Dong: “Dong has been doing well and training with us most of the season.
“He is quick, probably a bit quicker than me. He’s a good physical player, he gets the ball and runs at players and that scares defenders.
“He should get the chance soon in the first team and then he should just take it.”
Rooney said of Park: “Park has been a great player for us. His energy and his work rate is great. He always makes space for the players and runs for the team.
“He’s outstanding and has been brilliant for us.
“I have played a few times with him and Patrice Evra in computer games.
“He’s a good player but a bad loser. He tends to shout a lot when he loses.”
