Manchester United defender Teden Mengi is closing in on a move to Premier League rivals Luton.
Luton are looking to strengthen their options at the back before the transfer window closes on Friday.
The Telegraph reports that United could let Mengi leave the club on loan if Luton can offer him guaranteed first-team football.
Mengi has previously spent time on loan at Derby and Birmingham.
Luton have made multiple signings this summer following their promotion to the Premier League, with one being the arrival of fomer Manchester United midfielder Tahith Chong from Birmingham.
