Paris Saint-Germain have reportedly made Brazilian midfielder Bruno Guimaraes their main target for the January transfer window.
The French side are looking to bring in a new midfielder in January and ESPN Brazil reports that Guimaraes are on the top of their list of targets.
PSG would have to trigger the £100million release clause, that the midfielder has in his contract.
The 25-year-old signed a new five-year contract with the Magpies in October last year and has several times stated that he “feels at home” at St James’ Park.
Newcastle have been struggling with injuries this season and it is expected that they would need a huge bid in order for them to be persuaded to sell their midfielder.
