Spurs will face Charlton tonight, Blackburn at home on Thursday and Manchester City at home next Sunday.
The Dutchman said: “It gives the teams around us a bit of an advantage but the Premier League say there is nothing they can do.
“Monday’s match is a live TV game and Thursday’s rearranged game has to be squeezed in before the final day.
“I’d have liked the League to be more flexible but they said there was no other solution.”
He added: “I’d like to have played Monday’s game earlier because we’ll have had nine days off by the time we play Charlton.”
