Sheringham has been linked with Bournemouth and a move to America, after he was released by West Ham.
His agent Barry Neville told BBC Radio Solent: “There have been no discussions with Bournemouth and there is no offer on the table from them.
“We’re currently talking to teams in America and other countries.”
Neville added: “There is no guarantee Teddy will stay in England. It is still very early days.”
