The 21-year-old has been linked with several Premiership clubs, including Manchester United and Tottenham.
Kightly told his club’s website: “I have said from day one that I’m happy here and would sign a longer contract if I was offered on.
“The discussions on personal terms went well and now I can look forward to another four good years here.”
